Would you like to read your works at Oslo Pride? In a collaboration between UNG TEKST and Sappho’s Friends, we will have a reading by queer writers at the Panorama stage in Pride Park at 17.00 Friday 26th of June.
The reading will be preceded by two consecutive writing workshops held at SKOKS 17.00-20.00 Tuesday 2nd and 16th of June, with dramaturg Hilda Levin from UNG TEKST at Unge Viken Theatre.
During the workshops, we will explore different ways to write queer works, and prepare for the reading together. You can join with a prewritten text, or create a new text to perform between the workshops. The workshops will be held in English, but you can write and perform in your chosen language.
Writing workshop 1: Ideas and inspiration – Tuesday 2nd of June 17-20 at SKOKS Writing workshop 2: Developing and refining – Tuesday 16th of June 17-20 at SKOKS Performance– Friday 26th of June 17.00 in Pride Park, at the Panorama stage The reading and the workshops are open for queer women, non-binary and trans of all genders, between 18-30 yo. No previous writing experience is required.
